CBRE STRENGTHENS UK CAPITAL MARKETS TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF PJ THIBAULT

CBRE, the world’s leading global real estate advisor, today announces the appointment of PJ Thibault as an Executive Director in its UK Capital Markets team.

PJ Thibault joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was Head of UK Business Space Capital Markets, specialising in advising US private equity groups and family offices. Of the 23 years PJ spent at Cushman & Wakefield, the past 14 were as an Equity Partner.

Key recent transactions on which Thibault has worked include advising NorthStar on the acquisitions of the SEB Prime portfolio (£1.2bn) and the Trias portfolio (£500m). Other assignments include Och Ziff, Pear Global Real Estate and Pimco.
