CBRE STRENGTHENS UK INDUSTRIAL TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF ADAM MCMILLAN
CBRE has today announced the appointment of investment, development and funding expert Adam McMillan as a Senior Director in its National team based in London.
Adam is joining CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield where he was an International Partner within its UK Business Space investment team. In his new role at CBRE, Adam will work closely with Simon Milner, Roddy Mackay and with other senior members of CBRE’s UK National Industrial Advisory and Transaction team.
During his successful 19-year career in investment agency, development structuring and funding at Cushman & Wakefield, Adam has transacted some of the highest profile ‘Big Box’ distribution deals in the UK on behalf of a broad range of clients including corporate occupiers, commercial developers, REIT’s and private and institutional investors.
In the last few years Adam has advised and represented a number of occupier clients including GE, Unilever, JD Sports, JP Boden, Newcastle University, Poundland, John Lewis Partnership, WM Morrisons, Sainsburys, Marks & Spencer, EE and Ericsson, transacting a total of more than £460 million of structured deals.
