CBRE UK Property Management appoints Jon Nix as Head of Technology and Transformation

CBRE has appointed Jon Nix to the newly created position of Head of Technology and Transformation in its UK Property Management business. CBRE Property Management manages over 5,000 assets in the UK, totalling over 300 million square feet, and collecting over £3 billion in rent for major global and local investor clients.

Jon joins CBRE from leading data analytics company FICO. His most recent role was in South Africa setting up a team of client facing business and technology consultants to work with major financial institutions such as Barclays, Absa and Nedbank. Prior to this, Jon specialised in implementing large scale technology and operational improvement programmes within top-tier financial organisations across EMEA such as, Lloyds Banking Group, TSB, and Banco Sabadell.

In his new role, Jon will lead Property Management’s new Technology and Transformation team and develop strategies to better implement technology into service delivery. In addition, Jon’s team will be delivering training to support Property Management staff to make the best use of technology and expand skills across the business.
