CBRE WINS NEW FM CONTRACT WITH LEADING DUBLIN CONFERENCE VENUE

Global real estate advisor CBRE has been appointed by a new client, The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) to provide hard services facilities management in a five year deal.

The CCD is a world-class conference venue in the heart of Dublin, Ireland’s capital city. Since the CCD opened in September 2010 it has hosted over 1,450 events. The building is recognised as the first carbon neutral constructed convention centre in the world, meeting the highest standards of environmental sustainability.

Under the terms of the contract, CBRE will provide electrical, mechanical & fabric maintenance.

Speaking about the new partnership, Austin McCormack, Facilities Director of The CCD said, “We are pleased to welcome CBRE to The CCD. We value partnerships with our service providers and look forward to working together over the coming years."
