CBRE’s Host Product and Service Offering Receives 2020 FutureEdge 50 Award from CIO Magazine

CBRE’s product and service offering, Host, has been honored with a 2020 FutureEdge 50 Award from CIO magazine. This award recognizes organizations using cutting-edge technologies to advance the future of business. The award will be presented to Host at the AGENDA20 Conference held March 23 – 25 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.

Host, which is now live in 50 buildings across the globe, is a first-of-its-kind offering that delivers an enterprise-grade technology platform in combination with workplace experience services provided by teams of hospitality-trained “Hosts.” Host features a customizable mobile experience that allows users to navigate the workplace, schedule meetings with colleagues, reserve workspaces, order food and access building and concierge services.

Utilized by several high-profile organizations, including a global retailer and several property investment firms, Host has connected more than 25,000 mobile users to their environments and activated 43 million square feet to increase productivity, improve health and wellness, optimize building utilization and reduce operating costs for clients.
