CHINESE MEGA RETAILER TO OPEN FIRST GLOBAL FLAGSHIP STORE IN LONDON, UK

China’s leading fashion label, Urban Revivo is set to open its first store outside of Asia in Westfield London Shopping Centre, marking the start of its global expansion.

CBRE are retained to act on behalf of Urban Revivo and have secured the 22,000 sq. ft. global flagship store on the upper level of the extension at Westfield London which will open its doors in March 2018.

Founded in 2006, Urban Revivo is a fast-fashion brand specialising in contemporary clothing and accessories for men, women and children. The label, which sells accessibly priced fashion targeted at those aged 15 to 40 (children 4-14), currently has 160 stores in China, and recently opened its first international store in Singapore. The company announced it would be expanding worldwide, in tandem with its tenth anniversary last year.

The UK currently leads the way as the most attractive retail market in Europe, the Middle East and Africa according to the latest research from CBRE. The report; How Active are Retailers in EMEA? – found that 65% of retailers surveyed cited the UK as their target market for expansion in 2017.
