Claudia Sträter has extended its lease agreement for the building
located at Stammerhove 1 and Stammerkamp 2-4 in Diemen.

The agreement concerned is a long-term lease signed with the lessor Nieuwe Steen Investments (NSI) for approximately 2,700 m² of office space and 5,100 m² of business accommodation.

Claudia Sträter is a Dutch fashion house. Its designers provide ladies’ fashion for active women who identify themselves with a product that perfectly meets today’s character of an age. The collection is sold at the company’s own stores, in shop-in-shops at top locations across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany and also via retail partners worldwide. Also, this autumn Claudia Sträter opened eight shop-in-shops at House of Fraser in England.

NSI is a listed property fund investing in offices, retail outlets, houses and industrial and logistics property.
