COMPLETION OF LETTINGS AT SALESFORCE TOWER

Remaining four floors of the building let

Salesforce Tower at 110 Bishopsgate is now 100% leased

Heron, the property investment company, is pleased to announce that Salesforce Tower at 110 Bishopsgate, London, is now fully leased.

Following considerable letting interest in the last available space in the building from a number of potential occupiers, the four remaining storeys have been let to Salesforce, who continues to be the anchor tenant with a total occupancy of 10 floors.

Gerald Ronson, Chief Executive of Heron International, said: “We are very pleased to agree this significant letting to Salesforce, which marks the completion of our leasing programme. The fact that the building is now fully let reflects the exceptional quality of the space it offers and its prime business location.” CBRE and Savills acted for Heron International; Cushman & Wakefield acted for Salesforce.
