Florentinum to be represented by CBRE and DTZ

Florentinum, Penta Investments' new office development project, selected its real estate advisors for leasing of the office space.

Based on a co-exclusive agreement, Penta will cooperate with two companies – CBRE and DTZ. DTZ will also become one of the tenants in Florentinum. Florentinum has announced first two large tenants in March – preliminary lease contracts were signed by Ernst &Young (9,500 sq m) and Havel, Holásek & Partners (5,000 sq m). Together with DTZ, Penta, and several other tenants, Florentinum already has 40 % of its office space occupied.

"We are glad to see the Florentinum lease team expanded by two experienced real estate advisory companies, DTZ and CBRE. We are confident we fulfil all requirements for modern and representative office facilities in central Prague, as reflected in the highest standard of office space on the market, high-quality supplementary services, great accessibility and sensitivity to environment. This resulted in a significant demand for office space within the project and a 40% occupancy rate already today," said Miloš Kocián, Penta's project manager in charge of Florentinum's marketing and leasing.
