HEMANT KOTAK APPOINTED AS HEAD OF UK RESEARCH AT CBRE

CBRE has announced today the appointment of Hemant Kotak as Head of UK Research.

Most recently Managing Director and Co-Head of European Real Estate Research in the London office of Green Street Advisors, Hemant previously held the role of Real Estate Fund of Funds Analyst and Finance Manager and BlackRock/ Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Hemant has a degree in Economics from Brunel University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Hemant will lead CBRE’s UK Research team with responsibility for developing and enhancing its research capabilities and data strategy.
