Integrale Immo Management acquires the Cegelec building in Zwijndrecht

Integrale Immo Management SA, a subsidiary of the Belgian insurance company Integrale (specialised in complementary pension and group pension plans), has acquired the Cegelec building in Zwijndrecht (Antwerp) from Leasinvest SCA. The investment volume amounts to 7,7 million euro. CBRE advised the buyer.

The semi-industrial building is located in the Alpha Campus business park in Zwijndrecht , and totals 4.481 m².

The building consists of 3.487 m² of office space (divided over 3 floors), a workshop of 355 m² and 639 m² of warehouse space. The building has 125 outside parking units.

The new building dates from 2010, and was developed by Leasinvest. The building is fully let to Cegelec. The French industrial group, specialised in technical engineering and technical services, signed a 15 year operational lease, and occupies the buildings since its inception.

The Alpha Campus in Zwijndrecht is a 12 ha business park, along the E17 highway (Antwerp-Ghent) at immediate vicinity of the Port of Antwerp. Thanks to its location, the building benefits from immediate access to the ring of Antwerp, the A12 and E19 (Antwerp-Brussels). The accessibility by public transport is excellent with a train station located at only 1,5 km and a bus stop nearby.

Several well-known companies have their activities in the Alpha Campus business park, such as for example Egemin.

The seller is Leasinvest Real Estate SCA.
