Matthew Cutts to lead Investor & Developer Clients across EMEA Project Management

Matthew Cutts was previously global head of financial institutions at Arcadis

CBRE has appointed Matthew Cutts as Head of Investor & Developer Clients for Project Management & Building Consultancy, EMEA, effective 1 September 2021.

Matthew joins from design, engineering, and management consultancy Arcadis, where he was global head of financial institutions. He has over 20 years’ European real estate leadership experience advising the largest private equity and sovereign wealth funds. At Arcadis, he led the European real estate and infrastructure investors team covering due diligence, project management, cost management, design and engineering, and sustainability performance. He has acted on many key high-profile transactions, developments and new investor platforms covering all asset classes in Europe.

Over the course of his 30-year career, Matthew has managed teams and delivered major projects and developments while being based in Paris, Hong Kong and London.

Matthew will take on a senior leadership role with CBRE’s project management business focusing on the EMEA region. He will be working in close collaboration with John Atkins, Head of Project Management and Building Consultancy, EMEA.
