Matthew Holmes and Ghassan Al-Hourani Join Expanding Southampton Asset Services Team
Leading property consultants CBRE has appointed Matthew Holmes and Ghassan Al-Hourani to its expanding Asset Services team in Southampton.
Matthew Holmes has joined as an Associate Director from Carter Jonas. Prior to this he was part of the corporate property management team at QinetiQ. A Member of RICS and a Registered Valuer, Matthew brings significant asset management experience to add value to the regional team
Ghassan Al-Hourani has joined from Cushman & Wakefield as a Graduate Surveyor. He is currently studying for Masters in Real Estate Management at University College of Estate Management in Reading.
