Mn Services leases 18,700 sq m of office space in The Hague

KanAm Grund Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH and Mn Services have signed a lease agreement for approximately 18,700 sq m of office space and 162 parking spaces in the Zilveren Toren building in The Hague.

The property in the Beatrixkwartier district, with its central location near the A12 motorway, Randstadrail and two of the city’s major train stations, is one of The Hague’s landmark buildings.

Earlier the Zilveren Toren, with a total space of 27,500 sq m, was occupied by several ING labels, such as Nationale-Nederlanden and ING Investment Management of the Dutch financial services company. Due to the new organizational strategy of ING and new ways of working, the company decided to partly dispose of office space in the building, that is now becoming Mn Services’ headquarters. The core activities of Mn Services include pension administration and asset management, its customers comprise mainly pension funds and institutional investors.

Christian Brode, Head of Asset Management Leasing Global of KanAm Grund: “We are very pleased with Mn Services coming to the Zilveren Toren. Their arrival will add to the dynamics of the environment. The high profile of Mn Services really gives the Beatrixkwartier the professional character any investor is aiming for.“ KanAm Grund is a german investment company for open-ended real estate funds which holds nine high quality properties in the Netherlands such as Laan op Zuid in Rotterdam. With Mn Services arriving in the Zilveren Toren building, approximately 8,800 sq m will still be available for rent.

CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of ING in this transaction. DTZ Zadelhoff was attracted by Mn Services as advisor.
