London, 31 October 2010 – CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has announced the completion of a letting at Hampden Retail Park in Eastbourne on behalf of Legal & General.

Mothercare, the specialist retailer for mums to be and parents, has taken the 10,054 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease at a rent of £21.50 per sq ft. The park includes other retailers such as B&Q, Maplin and Halfords.
