Audrey McStraw has been appointed as an Associate Director and RICS Registered Valuer at CBRE’s Belfast office.

She has been brought in to strengthen CBRE’s expertise and offering in residential valuation and advisory, specialising in the social and affordable housing sector.

With over 25 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor, Audrey has worked predominantly providing valuation advice and services relating to both commercial and residential property, on behalf of lenders, local authorities, investors and property owners.
