New appointments CB Richard Ellis

Willem Hendrik van de Wetering has been appointed Executive Director Capital Markets. He manages the Capital Markets team responsible for advicing and supervising purchase/sales processes and sale & lease backs. Willem Hendrik has played a significant role in developing the Capital Markets service line in the Netherlands.

Roderick Smorenburg and Walter de Geus have been appointed Director Valuation Advisory. Roderick is working at CBRE since 2006, his main task is consulting various international and national banks, real estate companies and institutions regarding the appraisal of commercial and residential real estate.

Walter de Geus has been an important factor in the construction and development of the valuation activities of CB Richard Ellis - since he started his career in 1998. During this period he has also been responsible for a couple of large-scale feasibility studies.

Daan Kuijper and Roy Bosboom have been appointed Associate Director. Their appointment means a greater focus on Amsterdam market segmentation. Daan Kuijper and Roy Bosboom were both manager for the teams responsible for transactions in Amsterdam Zuidoost, Almere, Diemen and The Hague.
