ING Real Estate Development and Oracle Nederland have agreed on a 10-year lease agreement for approximately 10,000 sq m of office space in the Facet building in Utrecht.

With Oracle moving to the Facet building, the building is fully rented to two prominent tenants before the completion. Oracle is the world's largest provider of company software and services to provide company sytems with the most actual and accurate information. The other tenant, the Mediq Group, is the leading distributor of medicine. Mediq moved to the office building earlier this year and makes use of approx. 12,000 sq m.
