In Belgium, Nespresso counts 3 flagship stores located in Antwerp, Brussels and Liège.

In Antwerp, Nespresso is currently located Leopoldstraat 14 A. But as of 2012, the brand will move into the 33-35 Huidevetterstraat of Alkimmo (Group Hayen). The building offers more space and is located at immediate vicinity of the well-known “Meir”. Nespresso will occupy 440 m² on the ground floor and 70 m² underground.

The opening is scheduled in January 2012, after the redevelopment works of the “Meir Square” (Huidevetterstraat 33-35 is part of this redevelopment scheme) are finalized.

The transaction was advised exclusively by CBRE. This is the third Nespresso transaction advised by CBRE after place de la Cathédrale in Liège and place Louise in Brussels.
