New MK landmark development secures law firm Shoosmiths as latest tenant 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes now 50% let
100 Avebury Boulevard, the newest and largest speculative office development in Milton Keynes for 10 years, has secured national UK law firm Shoosmiths as a tenant. The deal follows swiftly on from IWG SPACES pre-letting 47,595 sq ft last month.
Under the terms of the deal, Shoosmiths has signed for 19,800 sq ft on the 7th floor, on a 15-year lease with a 10 year break clause. The building is now 50% let 10 months ahead of Practical Completion in August 2019, with floors 4, 5 and 6 available from 10,000 sq ft up to 66,000 sq ft.
100 Avebury Boulevard is set to become a landmark office building in Central Milton Keynes, offering 140,000 sq ft of Grade A headquarters office space, designed and built to the very highest standards.
