NEW SUTTON COLDFIELD BASE FOR MASSAGE COMPANY

The Massage Company has taken a 2,556 sq ft unit at Mulberry Walk, Mere Green.

The membership-based massage business has agreed a ten-year lease with landlord Nottingham City Council.

CBRE advised The Massage Company, which aims to attract subscribers keen to make massage a routine part of their health regime, rather than an occasional treat, on the letting.

Rowley Hughes Thompson advised the landlord.

The Sutton Coldfield branch, which boasts ten treatment rooms, will open on 17 October. The Massage Company also operates from Camberley, Tunbridge Wells and High Wycombe, and is planning to open multiple new stores in the next 12 months.

Elliot Walker, founder of The Massage Company, said: “CBRE has yet again provided invaluable advice in the acquisition of another excellent property for The Massage Company. We look forward to welcoming new and existing members to Sutton Coldfield in October 2019.”

This is the fourth premises CBRE has acquired on behalf of the franchise business, as it seeks to roll out its brand across the UK. We are thrilled to be an integral part of this new and growing concept, offering a point of difference in today’s market.
