The CoreNet Global UK Chapter Awards were presented by Anthony Hilton, Senior Commentator at the Evening Standard and The Independent, during a breakfast event held at Plaisterers’ Hall on 27th November 2014.

CBRE’s Alliance Director for the McGraw Hill account, Fiona Allen, accepted the award on behalf of both companies; “The strong partnership between McGraw Hill Financial (MHFI) and CBRE is the result of many years of hard work, which has led to a mutual understanding of our respective goals and objectives. Over the years MHFI has strived to move away from the traditional client/supplier relationship, and throughout the partnership, MHFI and CBRE have worked together to build a relationship that fosters open communication and continuous improvement. From the five star service delivered by the reception team, to the excellent standard of catering and spotless bathrooms, MHFI has ensured that the bar has been set to the highest possible level. In conjunction with this, CBRE has worked with MHFI to tailor the solution to meet local and cultural requirements in the diverse global market, to challenge the norm and exceed expectations. We are delighted that our close relationship has been recognised and we are excited to continue supporting the growth of McGraw Hill with world class service delivery.”

McGraw Hill commented; ‘The CBRE team really understand our culture and live it as we do; this coupled with their flexible approach has allowed us to form a strong partnership that delivers a first class service to the business while anticipating their requirements and priorities.’

The CBRE and McGraw Hill partnership came top, beating other shortlisted entrants including JLL & Hogan Lovells Procurement Partnership, and the Royal Mail & DTZ Partnership.
