CB Richard Ellis Investors and a private investor have signed for the sale of an office building of approximately 1,800 sq m in Capelle aan den IJssel (Spoorlaan 20).

The tenant of the building - Health Centre Spoorlaan - has agreed on a long-tem lease thanks to the owner's active asset management. The building is situated close to railway station Capelle Schollevaar.
