Pavel Schanka was promoted to the position of Associate Director for CEE Capital Markets.

CB Richard Ellis, the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Pavel Schanka to the position of Associate Director for CEE Capital Markets. The promotion of Pavel is in response to the significant contribution he has made for the company since his arrival in 2005. Pavel Schanka (31) headed the Czech Capital Markets Team since 2006 specializing in investment advisory, acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Pavel worked for almost three years for HVB Bank (now Unicredit Bank) in Commercial Real Estate Financing Center specializing in financing projects and structuring development and investment debt in commercial real estate. In addition, Pavel also worked for a period in the corporate finance and accounting department of Arthur Andersen. Pavel completed his master studies at the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Finance in 1999. He is also currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Masters Programme at the University of Reading specializing in investing in commercial properties.
