Road Construction Company Moves into Daróczi 30 Office Building

One of the leading road construction groups of Hungary opens its new headquarters in the capital's 11th district with the assistance of CBRE.

The nearly 5,000-square meter Daróczi 30 office building is located in central Buda near to the junctions of Karolina út and Villányi út. Its new tenant is opening its Hungarian headquarters in the building, formerly occupied by Austrian construction company, Strabag. "We are delighted that with the support from CBRE our building becomes the head office of a prominent international company on a long-term lease contract" - James Kinnell, the owner of Cail Ingatlan Ltd said.

"CBRE conducted a comprehensive market research and in-depth survey of the Tenants’ demands; it is a great pleasure for us that the negotiations were completed in an efficient and disciplined manner. This solution is a perfect match for both the tenant and the Daróczi 30 office building." - Zita Bertók, Senior Property Adviser of CBRE added.
