CBRE succesfully advised the European Hotel Consortium (EHC), an Irish Investment Fund, in the sale of the property located 33 rue du Marais in Brussels. The EHC bought the former Bloso headquarter in 2008 to redevelop the whole complex in a hotel. The project was finally not realized.

The building totals 9.108 m² of offices and 23 parking units.

The complex was bought by the HUB - Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel - which is part of KU Leuven. The school will refurbish the complex into auditoria.
