SEGRO have selected CB Richard Ellis to advise on the comprehensive redevelopment of Farnham Road

SEGRO have selected CB Richard Ellis to advise on the comprehensive redevelopment of the 14.5 acres for retail warehousing, restaurants and associated community uses between 105-155 Farnham Road, Slough.

This initiative is in response to customer demand from both the local community and business occupiers of the Trading Estate. A need has been identified to improve the retail offer fronting the Farnham Road, one of Slough's busiest roads. The ongoing Trading Estate investment is designed to meet this demand and ensure with guidance from CB Richard Ellis that the general amenity, viability and overall commercial offer of these strategic sites are optimised for the benefit of the local community and trading estate occupiers. It will also build on the success of the fully let Farnham Road Trade Parks.

Gerard Gillingham, CB Richard Ellis, commented: "In upgrading with major re-investment the majority of the land and buildings along the A355 Farnham Road, SEGRO will continue the enhancement of the Farnham Road pitch. This represents a core holding for SEGRO and one they are keen to work closely with Slough Borough Council, the local community and local business occupiers to materially enhance the general amenity and sustainability, whilst upgrading the overall retail offer on this strategic boundary to SEGRO's, Slough Trading Estate".
