SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT EUROPE APPOINTS CBRE

CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has been appointed to provide facilities management (FM) services to Sony Computer Entertainment Europe’s (SCEE) UK headquarters at 10, 13 & 15 Great Marlborough Street, in London.

Following a successful competitive tender, CBRE will deliver hard FM services, including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), to its nine storey (140,000 sq ft) West End location. SCEE’s headquarters is home to the company’s sales, marketing, research and development functions.

Great Marlborough Street itself runs through the western part of Soho in the West End of London. Its history dates back to the early 18th century and remains a fashionable location. Today, the street is predominantly home to well-known companies for commercial purposes.

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE), is responsible for the distribution, marketing and sales of PlayStation®4, PlayStation®3, PlayStation®Vita, PlayStation®2, PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) and PlayStation®Network software, and hardware, in 109 territories across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.
