Commerz Real and Van Doorne lawyers and civil-law notaries have reached agreement on a new long-term lease for the office building located at Jachthavenweg 121 at the Amsterdamse Zuidas business district.

As of early 2002 Van Doorne has been using the entire office space of De Zuiderhof I – some 12,500 m2 in total - that is a part of De Zuiderhof development on the margin of the Amsterdamse Bos, next to ING headquarters.

CB Richard Ellis, together with the Building Consultancy department of Rietmeijer Huisvestingsadviseurs, represented Van Doorne in this matter. Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten provided Commerz Real with advice. The agreed rent remains unknown.
