Vasakronan sells properties in Stockholm

Vasakronan has sold three properties in Stockholm to three different buyers. The total purchase price was MSEK 267 and the total lettable area 7,150 square meters.

It is two properties in the Old City of Stockholm and one in the CBD that were sold. All sales were made as share deals.

• The property Bacchus is situated on Skeppsbron 20 in the
Old City. It was erected in 1901 and has a lettable area of 2,955 m². The buyer is Havsstigen Investment AB.

• The property Tritonia 9 is situated on Stora Nygatan 14-16. It is built 1962 and has a lettable area of 2,461 m². The buyer is Stenklippan AB, a subsidiary company to Thulefastigheter AB.

• The property Lantmätaren 1 is situated at Lantmäteribacken 1, adjacent to Kungsträdgården. It was erected in 1644 and has a lettable area of 1,733 m². The buyer is fondex AB.

CBRE was exclusive advisor to Vasakronan in the three sales.
