VastNed, the European retail investment fund with a focus on high street shops, moves early December to a new headquarters in Rotterdam. VastNed signed a longterm agreement with Syntrus Achmea for approximately 790 sq metres and parking places (Lichtenauerlaan 130).

At the moment VastNed is located together with VastNed Offices/ Industrial building in Park Office building located at K.P. van der Mandelelaan 41-43 in Rotterdam, an office building owned by VastNed Offices/Industrial.

VastNed Retail will move into the new office in the first half of December. In the meantime, a major renovation will take place that will result in
modern office space for the Dutch headquarters and its operations.

VastNed was advised by CB Richard Ellis in this transaction. The property advisor is also responsible for the concept, design and realization of the interior of the new office.
