Vlerick moves in the Manhattan Center

The Business School Vlerick will open its first campus in Brussels in the Manhattan Center in Brussels (September 2013). The transaction was exclusively advised by CBRE.

The Vlerick Management School was already established in Gand and Louvain but was looking for a location in Brussels to host its Bank and Finances courses.

Vlerick choose for the Manhattan Center where they will occupy more than 4.000m² on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The school signed a long lease contract.

The Manhattan Center is owned by Catalyst Capital, a pan-European real estate investment and asset management group, in joint venture with JER Partners, a worldwide company specialized in private real estate investment management. The Manhattan Center is now 90% let. 1.500 m² are still available on the 27th floor of the building and benefits from one of the most beautiful sight of Brussels city.
