Wallenstam has bought five residential properties, Traktören 1-5 at Malmvägen 18-24 Sollentuna, with a total of 454 apartments and smaller amount of retail areas. The property value is 257 MSEK and the total lettable area of the five properties are approximately 32 000 square meters. This is the first establishment for Wallenstam in the municipality of Sollentuna.

The properties have a very good and central location close to public communications and Sollentuna shopping centre. The transaction will be closed at 1st of February 2010.
