Caroline James has joined CBRE Capital Advisors as a Senior Director in the Equity Placement team led by Mark Evans. Prior to CBRE, Caroline worked at First Avenue Partners, where she spent nine years specialising in fund led equity placement with a primary focus on the real estate industry.

Alex Dewey, formerly a member of the Real Estate Corporate Finance team at EY, has also joined CBRE Capital Advisors as a Director in the Equity Placement team. Alex has over 10 years of experience working in the sector, advising on high profile investment transactions, real estate restructuring, joint ventures, and fund equity placements.

The appointments come as CBRE Capital Advisors, led by Richard Dakin, continues to expand its capabilities across the UK and EMEA in the Corporate Finance Markets, offering creative solutions to raising global capital for local real assets. Caroline and Alex will focus on raising equity for investment opportunities driven by both asset and fund led initiatives.
