Leading property consultant, CB Richard Ellis (Scotland), has announced that it has successfully acquired office space at 38 South Gyle Business Park, Edinburgh on behalf of Farrer Consulting.

The technical solutions and practical field support services company has agreed a ten year lease with a break at year five over 3,135 sq ft of first floor space. The deal was done at a headline rent of £17.75 per sq ft and this included eleven car parking spaces.

Tim Harper of CB Richard Ellis (Scotland), who acted on behalf of Farrer Consulting, commented:

“It is great news that we are able to announce this deal for our client, Farrer Consulting, whose relocation comes as the company looks to consolidate its staff base in South Gyle.”

Tim continued:

“Whilst the West Edinburgh market remains comparatively weak, recent activity suggests there are signs of increased occupier demand.”
