World-renowned property advisor secures the honour for the fifth year in a row

Dubai, August 2, 2006: CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the world’s largest property advisory practice, has been named the number one brand in commercial real estate in a recently conducted survey that included the opinions of 23,000 real estate professionals from around the world.

The survey, conducted independently by The Lipsey Company, extensively measured the perception of commercial brands among the professionals. These professionals included the cream of the industry; among them were asset managers, property managers, professionals from Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), commercial brokerages and lenders. CBRE has topped the survey for five years in a row now, ever since the survey’s inception in 2002.
