Global real estate advisor CBRE has advised UBS on the acquisition of Dobbies Harlestone Heath.
The asset comprises of a purpose built garden centre providing 84,512 sq ft of accommodation and 210 car parking spaces across a 6.52 acre site. It is currently let to Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd until 2051.
