• Unique to CBRE, Spacer delivers a custom, architect-ready space programme

Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced the UK launch of Spacer, a free workplace planning product to help companies apply best-in-class workplace trends to their office layout.

Unique to CBRE and available to companies of any size, Spacer delivers a custom, architect-ready space programme with square metre recommendations for desk, office and collaboration spaces, along with the built-in amenities and break-out areas that improve employee’s experience. More than 10 years of industry expertise and experience has gone into building the tool which makes informed recommendations on space and office profiles.

Lewis Beck, Head of CBRE EMEA Workplace commented:

“Employees need access to environments that enable them to do their best work. Advances in technology mean that the way we get work done has evolved, so our workplaces must adapt accordingly. Most large companies are now utilising some degree of workplace strategy in their real estate process, designing their space using a variety of work settings, with a data-driven understanding of how they work and what their employees care about. Smaller companies are also looking to create a workplace environment that attracts talent and engages employees in meaningful ways. Spacer is an accessible technology that allows companies of all sizes to think about how to integrate new ways of working into their office space in formats that make sense for them.”

“Having the right office space is crucial in a competitive market. Each of your organisational priorities should have a direct impact on the structure and layout of your workspace. We created Spacer to help more companies make informed decisions about their workplace environment.”

Spacer is accessible for free online at: workplace.cbre.com.
