CBRE Appointed As Leasing Agent For Florentinum

CBRE has been appointed by Penta Investments, the central European investment group, as joint leasing agent on its Florentinum development in Prague, Czech Republic.

Florentinum will be the first large-scale newly built office project to be completed in Prague’s city centre, which is a conservation area, since 2008. The nine storey, 49,000 sq m building will also offer a retail arcade connecting the city’s Na Poříčí and Na Florenci streets, a piazza with restaurants and cafés and a revitalized Des Fours Palace garden. The project, which is expected to complete in Q4 2013, has also obtained the LEED Gold pre-certification.

Penta has already announced two major tenant commitments at Florentinum by Ernst &Young and Havel & Holásek, a Czech-Slovak law firm in March 2012. Alongside other existing commitments, Florentinum is currently 40% let, underlining the strength of the offering to occupiers in Prague who are seeking high quality newly built space in a central location.

CBRE is joint leasing agent with DTZ.
