CBRE Appointed to Sell VF Northern Europe LTD Distribution Facility
VF Northern Europe (NE) LTD has instructed global real estate advisor, CBRE, to sell its former distribution facility in Calverton, Nottinghamshire.
CBRE’s appointment marks the sale of a rare opportunity that would suit multiple purchaser interests. The site, which was once a Jeanswear brand factory, was used by VF NE LTD as one of the UK warehouses for the distribution of VF branded products.
To be sold as a freehold, the site extends to approximately 7.5 acres with circa 162,500 sq ft (including mezzanine storage) of logistics warehouse space, with ample office accommodation for supporting functions.
CBRE are inviting enquiries and conducting viewings over the next eight weeks.
