CBRE appoints Andrew Saunderson to lead UK Residential Capital Markets

CBRE has appointed Andrew Saunderson, as an Executive Director and Head of UK Residential Capital Markets.

Andrew will join CBRE from Grainger plc where he is currently Investment Director, a member of the Grainger plc Executive Committee and the Group’s representative on the BPF Residential Committee. Prior to joining Grainger plc in 2001, Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Allsop LLP.

On joining CBRE, Andrew will take on the management responsibility for the Residential Capital Markets team from Peter Burns who will assume a new role as transactional lead dedicated to securing key transactional opportunities for clients across CBRE’s wider Residential business including residential capital markets, land, lettings and new homes.
