CBRE Awarded Homes England Contract Renewal for Property & Financial Professional Services Framework

Following a competitive tender, global real estate advisor CBRE has been awarded a contract renewal on the Property & Financial Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 by Homes England.

The scope includes:

  • Lot 1 – Property Professional and Technical Services, partnering with Turner & Townsend for Lead Consultancy & Project Management.
  • Lot 2 – Financial Advisory Services, partnering with BDO LLP to deliver Tax & Accounting, Auditing & Assurance Services.
