CBRE has strengthened its Building Consultancy Project Management team with the appointment of Milan Momcilovic, who joins as Head of Hotels Project Management. Milan joins the commercial property and real estate services advisor from MNS Portfolio Management Ltd, where he was a Director, and will spearhead the development of new business within the hotels sector, focusing on both immediate and long-term project management.

Milan has more than twenty-five years of experience in architecture, focusing on development, project and design management as well as business development in the UK and across Europe. His successfully delivered projects with leading hotel operators include Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Worldwide, AccorHotels, Rocco Forte Hotels, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
