Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed James Delliere as an Executive Director to lead Office investment in its London Metropolitan/South East team. This is a key strategic hire for the group as it continues to grow its presence in Greater London and the South East.

James joins from Savills where he spent four and half years as a Director in the National Investment team. Prior to this he was a partner at Strutt and Parker.

In his new role James will be responsible for the strategic growth of this key area, working in partnership with the wider London and Regional Office Investment and Agency teams. He has advised on a range of high profile acquisitions and disposals of investment properties nationally for a variety of key clients including M&G Real Estate, Royal London Asset Management, Orchard Street Investment Management, Picton Capital, Palmer Capital and Europa Capital.
