CBRE Strengthens West End Investor Leasing Team with Key Appointment
Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed Richard Howard as an Executive Director in its West End Investor Leasing team.
In his new role, Richard will be responsible for growing CBRE’s prime leasing instruction base, bringing his significant knowledge, expertise and client relationships to further add to the established team. He will form part of the London Investor Leasing senior leadership group, further elevating the firms position in the London market.
Richard joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he led London Leasing for several years and most recently, was Managing Partner for London & South East. Richard has 29 years’ experience and during this time, has specialised in leasing, design development and placemaking in London. He has worked with an extensive range of clients across London, including Related Argent, Arax, Ashby Capital, Hines, Tishman Speyer, CBREIM, Canary Wharf Group, WRE, Derwent London, Delancey, Landsec, Revantage and Yoo Capital. He has spearheaded the leasing campaigns for some of the most notable projects in the market including the regeneration of King’s Cross and Olympia, Wood Wharf in Canary Wharf and Brent Cross Town.
