CBRE Property Management (PM) UK Shopping Centre team has won the industry’s top prize at the annual SCEPTRE Awards, becoming Grand Prix winners for the third year in a row.

SCEPTRE is firmly established as the benchmark for excellence in all areas of shopping centre management. They are the pre-eminent accolade in the retail industry, putting the spotlight on management teams, retailers and suppliers that demonstrate real excellence. The SCEPTRE Grand Prix prize is awarded to the managing agent/owner operator that has achieved the highest aggregate scores in the shortlisting and judges ranking.
