Germany tops the list of preferred locations for 41% retailers

More than 150 retailers plan to grow their portfolio in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) next year but fewer than 60 of these retailers want to open new stores in the UK, reports CB Richard Ellis. 41% of the retailers are interested in growing their portfolio in Germany.

The report, How Active are Retailers in EMEA, was launched at MAPIC in Cannes this week, and is based on data from 200 retailers.
