GREEN PROPERTY HOLDINGS SELLS 67 LOMBARD STREET TO SINGAPORE INVESTOR FOR £130M

Green Property Holdings has sold the company which owns the freehold interest in 67 Lombard Street to Stream Field Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ho Bee Land, for £129.3m, representing a net initial yield of 4%.

The 94,000 sq ft Grade A office building was comprehensively redeveloped by Green Property Holdings in 2014 providing nine storeys of contemporary office accommodation space behind a striking 1930’s red brick façade. The property is multi-let to six tenants, including the Fortune 500 company, Arthur J. Gallagher.

The building is prominently located in the heart of the City core, in close proximity to iconic landmarks including the Bank of England, Royal Exchange and Lloyd’s of London.

CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield advised Green Property Holdings on the sale.

We are delighted to have sold 67 Lombard Street on behalf of Green Property Holdings.  This sale demonstrates the continued demand from investors around the world and highlights the long term appeal of London as a global financial centre.
