Behind HSB:s acquisition of 250 rental apartments in central Vänersborg and Trollhättan lies a strategical focus

From 1st of January 2010 about 250 tenants in Trollhättan and Vänersborg will have a new landlord.
It is HSB who acquires the real estate company Brätte Stenfastigheter. HSB is most known as a company that works with management of condominiums, but has also a long tradition of owing and managing residential properties. Within HSB Northwest Götaland, it is decided to increase its stock within the line of business.

HSB has during a long period analysed the area to find appropriate residential properties to acquire.

The deal will take place at year end.

CBRE has acted as an advisor for the seller, Brätte Stenfastigheter.
