New tenants in the youngest office building on Váci út

The third lease agreement was signed in DC Offices, exclusively represented by CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), which was completed in August and is currently the newest office building on the Váci úti corridor.

There have already been three rental contracts signed, the latest one by an IT service company with app. 500 square metres who will move in November. During October Motolight.hu will open its store offering telecommunication products, light and security techniques while the second branch of coffee house, Coffee Bean is going to open as well.

The new office building with below average common area ratio of 2% can be found on Váci út, one of the most rapidly developing business areas of Budapest. DC Offices is only two blocks away from an important traffic junction and close to Árpád Hid metro station, at the corner of Váci út – Dunyov utca.

Unlike most of the office buildings on Váci út DC Offices can be ideal for tenants looking for smaller areas as each floor of 1,000 square metres can be flexibly divided into smaller units. Larger units, however, are equally available in the building which has a total of 7,000 square metres leasable space. The modern and convenient working areas are completed with both an inside garden and a roof terrace.

According to the current development pipeline known to CBRE, the seven-storey DC Offices is likely to be the newest building on the Váci út corridor for some time since there will be no new development completed here during 2011..
